Terms of Use

By accessing or using Roomantic, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Roomantic is provided by Blank Slate Labs Limited Liability Company (“Blank Slate Labs,” “Roomantic,” “we,” or “us”).

Roomantic provides room-scanning, floor-plan, visualization, measurement, furniture-planning, sharing, export, and related tools. Some features may rely on device sensors, Apple services, cloud infrastructure, or third-party AI providers.

Roomantic is a planning aid, not a substitute for a licensed survey, architectural drawing, engineering review, building inspection, or professional measurement. You are responsible for independently verifying dimensions, clearances, site conditions, and product fit before buying, installing, constructing, or modifying anything.

Roomantic may show retailer product information, outbound links, or coupon codes. Retailers—not Roomantic—control their products, prices, stock, specifications, promotions, shipping, returns, warranties, and checkout. Product information and offers can change without notice. You should confirm the current terms with the retailer before completing a purchase.

Some retailer links or codes may be affiliate links. Roomantic may earn a commission from an eligible purchase, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change the price presented by the retailer and do not guarantee that a product or promotion is available. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more detail.

Roomantic does not automatically redirect users to retailers, stuff cookies, overwrite or replace an existing affiliate identifier, or automatically apply coupon codes. Any affiliate navigation requires a clear user action. Any code must be intentionally copied or entered by the user unless Roomantic later introduces a separately disclosed, user-initiated feature and updates these terms before doing so.

You retain ownership of room scans, photos, annotations, and other content you create. You grant Roomantic only the limited permission needed to process, store, display, and transmit content when you ask us to provide a feature, such as creating a web share link. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to scan or share a space and for protecting any share link you create.

You may not use Roomantic to:

• violate law, another person’s rights, or retailer terms;
• upload malicious code or interfere with the service;
• circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls;
• scrape, extract, redistribute, reverse engineer, or train systems on protected Roomantic assets except where law expressly permits;
• misrepresent affiliation with Roomantic or Blank Slate Labs.

Roomantic software, branding, designs, documentation, and supplied visual or 3D assets are owned by Blank Slate Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. We will post the revised date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roomantic is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that measurements, scans, renders, retailer data, offers, or other outputs will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blank Slate Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from Roomantic. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Roomantic during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100 if you paid nothing.
